1. Long-term stable composition, such as phosphorescent composition or TTA-photon upconversion composition.

EP 2 851 407 A1, US 2016/0222286 A1, WO 2015/044129 A1
Developed at the Max Planck Institute, this technology protects photoactive materials from oxygen quenching and oxidative degradation. It enables more efficient and longer-lived photonic devices for solar-energy harvesting and light-to-energy conversion.
2. Method of Synthesis of 5,5’-Disubstituted π-extended Dipyrromethenes and Their Use as Analytical Reagents for Metal Ions and Fluorescent Imaging Probes

This work established a class of molecular probes for fluorescence imaging of metal ions in vivo. Related π-extended dipyrromethene scaffolds continue to be developed as versatile platforms for analytical and bioimaging applications.
3. Method of Reduction of Unsaturated Ketones into Saturated Ketones.

An environmentally safer industrial method for reducing unsaturated ketones, avoiding the use of highly toxic liquid ammonia as a solvent. Implementation in a spin-off context reduced chemical hazards and production costs.
4. Method of Synthesis of 24-Epibrassinolide.

A scalable synthetic route for 24-epibrassinolide, a natural phytohormone involved in plant protection against environmental stress.
